This patient was troubled with gynecomastia. He had significant excess skin so his only option was excision of the tissue with nipple grafting. This technique requires incisions in the chest fold. When there is significant excess skin this is the best option. He is seen 3 months after surgery and is very happy with his improvement. He feels better and is more confident as a result of his procedure.
