Dr Leedy performed a breast implant exchange. This patient had a previous breast augmentation with breast lift and developed a capsular contracture on her right side. She wanted a larger breast size and correction of her right breast shape. Dr Leedy removed the breast capsules and placed new, larger implants. She has 300 and 325cc implants after removing her smaller 170 and 150cc implants. She is seen 3 months after surgery and is very happy with her improved breast shape.
