Dr Leedy performed a breast augmentation with lift. This patient's primary goal was to elevated the breast to a higher position on the chest and maintain her preoperative breast size. She didn't want to be bigger or smaller, just wanted the same volume higher up. In order to accomplish this she had a breast lift with a small implant to replace the volume of breast tissue that was removed. She is seen 3 months after surgery and is very happy with her enhanced shape. Her breasts are higher and she's maintained the same volume.
