This patient had previous large saline breast implants that were droopy. She wanted a smaller, perkier breast shape. I first did an intentional deflation of her saline implants. We waited one month then went forward with surgery. Her before photos show prior to the lift with implants. In her surgery I used a silicone implant placed under the muscle and lifted the breast. She is seen approximately 3 months after surgery. She looks great and is very happy with her results.
