This young patient lost weight and had subtle deflation of the cheeks with excess skin. She wanted to look less tired. I performed a mini-facelift with fat transfer to the cheeks. In select patients a mini-facelift provides all the necessary improvement. She looks very natural and refreshed. She is very happy with her rejuvenated appearance.
