This patient had breast implants on top of the muscle with a breast lift by a different surgeon many years ago. She presented with the desire to have a more natural breast shape. I switched her implants to under the muscle and used Galaflex mesh to help support the lower pole. I used Mentor Xtra Full silicone implants, 465cc. I also performed a breast lift to fully reshape the breast. She has a very natural breast shape as a result of the procedure.
