This patient was interested in enhancing her breast volume. She had slight asymmetry between the two sides. This asymmetry was largely from differences in the skin and shape as opposed to volume. I performed a breast augmentation with silicone implants. I performed slightly different releases internally to help balance her breast shape. She is seen 3 months after surgery and looks very natural
