This patient lost a significant amount of weight and had limited options for improving her buttock shape given she had little fat and muscular buttocks. I performed liposuction of her torso and inner thighs and a Brazilian Buttock Lift with transfer of the fat to the buttocks. She has a nice improvement and is very please with her new shape. She also underwent a back lift.
