This patient lost nearly 140lbs after weight loss surgery. She wanted a nicer body shape. I performed a tummy tuck with liposuction 360 torso and fat transfer to the buttocks. She is 3 months after surgery and looks great She has a nice improvement in her body shape and will only improve with time. Her confidence is much improved as a result of her procedure. I would like to perform an upper back lift at a later date to complete her transformation.
